I'm Punitham Senthilkumar. I fell in love with reading at four and started writing my own little stories at eight. At ten, I learned about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and wanted to do something about them.
At twelve I published A Girl with 17 Dreams, which explains the goals as stories that children can follow. It is now in English and Tamil.
There are 17 global goals. The 18th dream is that young people don't just read about them, they act on them.
We run book readings, awareness sessions, sustainability initiatives and leadership programmes with schools, colleges, educators, foundations and industry leaders. Since we started, we have reached more than 18,000 people.
